Flourishing Advantage is a strengths-based organizational development company founded by Dr. Wayne Hammond. Our work rests on one idea: build on what's strong instead of trying to fix what's broken. Using the Flourishing Life Questionnaire (FLQ), we help schools, organizations and individuals find the strengths they already have. We then put the structure in place to grow them.
